The right hair care is based on your hair type. The best way to care for your hair is by choosing the right hair care product for your hair type.

It is best to care for your hair according to its porosity level. This way you can be sure that your hair will be well nourished and beautiful. The choice of care products for low-, medium- and high-pored hair depends on the hair’s porosity

Low-Perfect Hair

Low-Perflected hair is characterised by closed cuticles, a compact structure and elasticity. They are smooth and frizz-free but tend to be thin and lacking in volume. It is not uncommon for the hair to be overloaded when it is being cared for and this leads to fly-away hair and a fatty scalp. In addition, cosmetic ingredients do not penetrate the hair easily and quickly. How do you know how to look after your hair properly?

The best care for your hair is provided by the use of gentle products with lightweight formulas. It is best to keep cosmetic ratios to a minimum and not to use too many products in a single wash. For example, Kérastase masks for fine hair work well. You may also like to use oils like coconut oil, babassu oil, murumuru butter or tucuma butter

Medium-Rough Hair

Medium-Rough hair is quite well moisturized and does not require any special treatment. They are often referred to as normal and rather problem-free hair. But does this mean that it is not worth paying extra attention to hair care? Not necessarily.

In fact, medium-porous hair is characterized by split ends. Therefore, it is important to choose care products that help regenerate and rebuild the hair. All products with creatine and silk are ideal for this purpose. You may also benefit from oiling your hair with oils such as almond, argan, macadamia, hazelnut, prune, grape, apricot, peanut, sesame, rice, avocado, sea buckthorn, tsubaki, moringa, and andiroba oils.

High-Perforated Hair

Highly refined hair is the most demanding in terms of hair care. Highly resistant hair is characterized by very open cuticles, split ends, dryness and brittleness. The hair is often damaged by styling or colouring. The hair tends to frizz and is very difficult to comb. This makes the hair very difficult to manage. But it is not impossible.

When caring for hair with high porosity, it is most important to deeply moisturize and rebuild the hair. The best products in this case will be all kinds of products rich in macromolecular proteins and various non penetrating oils such as wheat germ oil, flaxseed oil, hemp oil, poppy seed oil, sunflower seed oil, cottonseed oil, pumpkin seed oil, raspberry seed oil, prickly pear oil, evening primrose oil, borage oil, grape seed oil, walnut oil, tomato seed oil, walnut oil. Shea butter may also help to smoothen hair with high porosity. Also, remember to use very delicate materials to dry them, such as a cotton T-shirt, and if drying with a hair dryer, set its stream to a weaker and cooler one.
